Shipping Policy Processing & Shipping Time At Bowflexs, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 8 business days from our warehouse. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order details and delivery location. Delivery Options Standard Delivery Orders will be delivered to the front entrance, porch, garage, or driveway. This service does not include placement inside a specific room or handling stairs. If the driver cannot safely reach the delivery location due to steep driveways, unpaved roads, or weather conditions, the order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point. In case of product damage or issues, customers can contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. A return shipping fee of $155 and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returns. Room of Choice Delivery Your order will be delivered to the room of your choice (including one flight of stairs). Additional flights of stairs may require extra charges. Our delivery team will inspect the product upon arrival to ensure it is in perfect condition. Delivery with Assembly This option includes delivery to your preferred room, full assembly, and packaging removal. The customer is responsible for installing accessories or add-ons. Delivery Restrictions We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations. If a shipping address is changed after the order is processed, additional charges may apply. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, high order volumes, or other factors beyond our control. Taxes Sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination and applicable state tax laws. The final tax amount will be reflected on your order invoice. At Bowflexs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth return or cancellation process.

Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund (minus return freight charges). To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Obtain Authorization: Contact our Customer Experience Team at (800) 618-8853 for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Condition of the Product: Items must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging to avoid a handling fee of up to 20%.
3. Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
• All items must be in working condition and include original packaging.
• Parts orders must be returned in original packaging with all components. Return shipping costs for parts are the customer's responsibility.
• Curbside Pickup Only: Returns require the customer to move the equipment outside for collection. Our team does not provide indoor extractions.
• Damaged Products: If you experience cosmetic or repairable damage, we offer free technical support or replacement parts instead of a return.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:

• The order is canceled after it has shipped.
• Delivery is refused for reasons other than shipping damage.
• The shipping carrier cannot reach the customer after three contact attempts.
• The customer refuses free repairs or technical support for minor damage.
• Returns are due to buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

Bowflexs Responsibility

Bowflexs will cover all return charges if:

• The product was damaged upon arrival and noted on the delivery receipt.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The unit is deemed non-repairable by our technical support team.
• The item was delivered via Room of Choice Delivery or Delivery with Assembly.

Additional Return Information

• Approved return carriers only: We do not accept returns via third-party carriers not authorized by Bowflexs.
• Keep original packaging for at least 30 days to facilitate returns.
• Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Exchange policy: Exchanges require a security deposit, which will be refunded once the returned unit is received.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled at no charge before they ship.
• If an order is canceled after shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
